Managing Intergenerational Communication and Differences

With four generations present in the workforce today, it is not easy to navigate the variety of styles and approaches to work.  Participants will feel more confident in their understanding of the generations and how to effectively communicate and manage the differences.  Kara will cover the generational work styles and approaches as well as some techniques for enhanced communication – including time to practice!

Participants will learn:
  • Factors that influence each generation’s approach to work
  • The work styles of each of the four generations
  • How one’s own approach may be helping or hindering
  • How to effectively engage employees, regardless of generation
