In this section you will find information about the programs offered by CentrePoint. As they are scheduled at different times throughout the year, please check each specific program section for availability and application information.

The Leadership PLUS Program offers 12 leaders the opportunity to develop their non-profit leadership knowledge and skills over a six-month period. Chosen participants will attend learning sessions on a variety of non-profit specific topics and will participate on-line in between sessions, as well as access leadership consulting for their agency and personalized Executive Coaching to strengthen their leadership effectiveness.

The Human Resources PLUS Program is a blended learning program enabling 10 agencies to develop their HR knowledge, capability, leadership and strategy over a 12-month period. Each participating non-profit organization will work with an experienced consultant developing HR strategies and practices customized to their organization over a 12-month program.

The Fund Development PLUS Program is another significant CentrePoint program offering. Each participating non-profit organization is matched to an experienced professional mentor / consultant who works with board and staff over a twelve month period with a work plan that is tailored and unique to your organization.

The LEAP Program. This executive coaching program is an efficient and effective way for top executives and emerging leaders to grow to their next level of professional and organizational success. LEAP provides a certified executive coach to work one-on-one in a confidential relationship to support a leader’s complex journey. You can start your individual LEAP program today.
