PARTICIPANT APPLICATION PROCESS

Program Requirements

The Ideal Participant

• Must be with a registered charity
• Have paid employees
• Must have a recent Strategic Plan

Time Commitments

• Year-long program from January - December
• Six face-to-face half-day training sessions
• Three half-day peer learning sessions
• Meetings with your consultant on an average of 10 hours per month for 10 months (for a total of 100 hours)
• Total time commitment is 20 - 40 hours per month

Pre-Program Documentation Expectations

• A completed Application Form submitted by October 5, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. along with a Strategic Plan and Financial Statement

• Short-listed candidates will be required to fill out a survey on their HR practices

Program Cost

This is a fee for service program and all participants are asked to pay an amount ranging from $2,500 - $3,500 based on their organization’s budget size. HR PLUS provides an approximate program value of $20,000 per participant, thanks to the support of our funders.
