Enhancing Leadership Competencies Through Governance Training

One of CenterPoint’s premier programs, Governance PLUS, provides a value-added opportunity for new and potential non-profit Board members to learn new skills in how to function on a Board of Directors. Participants in the Governance PLUS program explore the key roles and responsibilities of Board members within the framework of effective governance. A personal Board coach/mentor assists participants through the interview process and the transition to a Board member.

An essential course for those considering community involvement through Board membership.”
