FUND DEVELOPMENT PLUS OVERVIEW |
|
The AFP Essentials of Fundraising series offers introductory level sessions on fundraising theory and practice and is designed to help organizations raise money more effectively and efficiently . These workshops will help develop skills that can be tailored to fit your organization.
Additionally, the Round Tables afford the participants the opportunity to discuss their FD challenges and to hear what other agencies are doing in the sector. They also help organizations to network and develop relationships with other participants and facilitate peer learning.
A popular session of the Fund Development PLUS program is the Funders Panel where participants meet and ask questions of funders from Calgary's Corporate, Foundation and Government community investment programs. |

2010 Fund Development Audit Assessment
The Fund Development Audit is intended to provide each organization with an assessment and insight into their present fund development infrastructure, practices and procedures. The audit will be conducted by your mentor with your Organization and Board members. This allows your mentor to get to know your organization and provides a good starting point on what needs to be done, when and by whom.
