With his focus in board governance and strategic and business planning, he enables voluntary organizations to develop the plans and commitments to address critical leadership challenges. He brings a deep appreciation of and commitment to the non-profit sector, having served for over 20 years as a senior manager and a community volunteer. Frank’s recent contributions include: enabling a housing organization to implement the three-year action plan to double its capacity for family housing; the revitalization of the board of a performing arts society; and, a needs assessment for capacity building in a mid-sized Alberta community. |

He co-authored CentrePoint’s Alberta research report: Addressing the Leadership Challenge pertaining to executive tenure and transitions. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional, a Certified Executive Coach and a qualified Myers-Briggs Administrator. Bruce partners with leaders to help them address their goals and the complexities of organizational change. His current portfolio entails Succession Planning, Executive Transitions and Search and our Executive Leadership Coaching program (LEAP). |
